An experienced TA leader, Mark started his career agency side as a tech recruiter before moving in house at Yahoo! In 2006 he took up his first leadership role at Microsoft where he led teams pan regionally in 3 different positions, latterly relocating with his family to Istanbul to lead TA for the Middle East Africa region. In 2013 Mark returned to the UK to start his first global role at Expedia, leading TA for Egencia, their corporate travel business, before becoming global lead for Early Careers across all Expedia brands.

Four years later Mark relocated again, moving to Cyprus, to head up TA for Wargaming, one of the largest global online multiplayer video gaming companies. After 5 years in role Mark was ready for a new challenge and moved back to the UK in July 22, joining BT as their TA Director. Mark is based in Bristol with his wife and three children, and is a BA Hons (Geography) graduate from Exeter University.
