With over 15 years of experience in project management, fundraising, proposal writing, and international partnerships, Joselyne Kanyua has built a robust career in strategic project development and management within international organisations.

Currently serving as the Career Academy Project and Grants Coordinator at Recruit for Spouses, Joselyne oversees project implementation, grant support, and stakeholder engagement to drive impactful initiatives. She has previously held key roles at renowned institutions such as E50K Strategic Advisory, African Media Initiative, and the International Organisation for Migration (IOM), contributing to projects across sectors, from research to public policy.

Armed with a Master’s degree in Forced Migration and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Joselyne brings a global perspective, excellent communication skills, and expertise in multicultural collaboration to each project. Fluent in English, Kiswahili, and Kalenjin, with basic proficiency in French, Joselyne is passionate about fostering sustainable partnerships and contributing to meaningful organisational growth.
