Speaker Bio
Chioma (pronounced Ch-yom-ah) manages the Learning and Development needs of the recruiting teams across the UK&I region at AMS, a global resource process outsourcing company. Blending the knowledge gained from an undergraduate Law degree and a Masters in Organisational Behaviour, she has spent the past twenty years in both in-house and consulting roles across all industries, delivering employee research and providing assessment and development from entry to exec level.

Deeply committed to all things DEI, with a particular soft spot for building racial equity, Chioma co-chairs AMS’ global Black Employee Network, B.E.N, an ERG for Black colleagues and allies, and sits on the organisation’s Ethnicity Board. Earlier this year, this experience and exposure led to the launch of the EmBue programme, which supports the leadership development of global majority colleagues across the UK&I region.

Chioma lives in North London with her husband and two teenage daughters. When she’s not bingeing on true crime dramas/thrillers/horror or reality TV, she’s reading through her backlog of true crime/thriller/horror novels.
