Roxanne Anderson is a senior technology product manager and implementation professional at Bupa, where she leads a variety of product squads delivering Identity, Colleague Experience, Enablement and Collaboration platforms.

With over 20 years of experience in a variety of technology positions across diverse industries, Roxanne has developed expertise in colleague experience, AI, Microsoft products, agile project, programme and portfolio management, digital transformation and identity platforms. She is also an SME in Microsoft M365, Power Platform and Copilot, and is driving the AI agenda at Bupa.

Roxanne is a passionate advocate for women and the neurodiverse in technology and business, and has mentored many aspiring women throughout her career.
