Since 2021, Deloitte’s Women @ Work report has examined the lived experiences of 5,000 women from workplaces across 10 countries. During this session, Emma Codd, Deloitte Global Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer, will speak through some of the research key findings and recommendations including:

• A data driven look into the challenges women face outside the workplace that can impact on their working lives – for example domestic responsibilities and their rights
• A look at the experiences of women in the workplace – including their experiences of flexible and hybrid working and non-inclusive behaviours
• Actions employers need to take to make progress on gender equality at work
